How are unions in west or rest of India, different from Kerala? Do they have unions for everything like we do in mallu land.

In Kerala, we have union for every thing – For Government employees, to Business owners to Toddy workers and thousand others. While, they are formed with good intentions, sometimes, they become more aggressive, and non-productive.
