How do you rate yourself on the Consistency side?
Given a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate myself 3. That’s me, battling it out on a low score, even after knowing that consistency is the rock-bed of good habit formation, helps to learn new skills, brings positive changes with new habits, etc.
